DAY 1
THE SEASON OF COVENANT
A covenant is a mutual understanding or undertaking between two or more parties each binding himself to fulfil obligatios. 
A covenant is an agreemant between two or more person or parties to do or refrain from doing something or some act.
Importance of a covenant
1 for protection and perservation.
joshua 9:6-11 
And they went to joshua unto the camp at gilgal and said unto him and to the man of lsreal we be come from a far country now therefore make ye a league with us.
and the men of lsreal said unto the hivites peradventure ye dwell among us and how shall we make a league with you?
we are thy servant and joshua
said unto them who are ye? and they said unto him from a very because of the name of the lord thy God for we have heard the fame of him and all that he did in EGYPT
and all that he did to the two king of jordan, to the Amorites that  were beyong jordan, to sihon king of heshborn, and to og king of bashan, which was at Ahtaroth.
2 for insurance /trust
the trust of a person being there for you is mostly unperdictable sometimes God cannot be sure of our faithfulness to the end and so expects us or seeks to establish a covenant with man so that can be sure of who he is dealing with Abraham.
`GENESIS 15:18.
in that same day the lord made a covenant with Abram, saying unto thy seed have i given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river Euphrates:.
3 for love
when two people love each other, they may seek to cut a covenant for loves sake'' the covenant becomes asymbol of love devotion and loyalty.
God out of love established a covenant with man through the blood of his son jesus.
Love really calls for covenant 
JOHN 3:16
for God so loved the world that he gave his only beggon son that who so ever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life.
WHY GOD MAKES COVENANT WITH MAN
DEUTERONOMY 8;18
but thou shalt remember the lord thy GOD: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth that he may establish his covenant which he sware  unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
1 Every human life begins out of the will o man.
JOHN 1:12-13
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God even to them that believe on his name:
WHICH WERE BORN, NOT OF BLOOD, NOR OF THE WILL OF FLESH NOR OF THE WILLOF MAN BUT OF GOD.
did you see that? if you are not born of the spiritual you are born out  of: 
A blood
B the will of flesh 
C the will of man.
to be born of blood means to be   born by the right of natural descent from man people   give birth because they have been given the right to be a mother or father. 
you are not on earth may not necessary mean that you were born out of the will of God. some of us were not supposed to be born males, or females, but a certain parents will has bronght us here. so there is therefore the need for us to cut a covenant with  God so that he can include us in his plans on earth.
so God cuts a covenant with man so that he can have a legal platform to deal with man which was not born out of his perfect will.
2 God had to cut a covenant with man so that he can have legal access to man's life and circumstances.
